PLAYER NEWS: Leachman-Whittingham Becomes a Rousler

Bromsgrove Sporting are thrilled to announce the signing of lively winger Shaquille Leachman-Whittingham.

The exciting and experienced 26 year-old counts Halesowen Town, Redditch United, Rushall Olympic, Stratford Town, Tamworth & Boldmere St. Michaels amongst some of his former clubs.

Manager Mike McGrath comments: “I’ve signed Shaq after a period of not playing after serving a ban, as I know well myself these periods are not nice as a player and can give you the motivation to come back better than before.

“Shaq has a lot of ability and I’m hoping I can give him the platform to come back and enjoy his football again. He will need to work hard, as I demand that from all my players, but if he can get back to his best then we have a really talented player at the club.”

Shaquille will be available for selection for tomorrow’s game against Redditch.

We hope you will join us in welcoming Shaquille to the Victoria Ground!
