Bromsgrove Sporting 0
Needham Market 3 (Hammond 6', Neal 66' P, Carroll-Chambers 90+4' P)
Bromsgrove Sporting slumped to a third home defeat in a row, as Needham Market recorded a routine victory.
Kyle Hammond hammered the Marketmen into an early lead before second half penalties from Joe Neal and Seth Carroll-Chambers put the result beyond any doubt.
Luke Softley put an early header wide for Sporting and, moments later, Needham took the lead, as Hammond found the goal via the underside of the crossbar from inside the area.
Kobe Hall had a pop from distance after eight minutes, but his attempt was easily dealt with by Needham keeper James Bradbrook.
Hall and Aksum White both had opportunities to level proceedings late in the second half, but were unable to find the net - the latter seeing a well struck volley narrowly miss the target.
The 63rd minute saw Needham substitute Ryan Miles hit the woodwork from a one-on-one situation - three minutes later, the lead was doubled, as Neal scored from the spot after Jack Newell committed a foul in the box.
Luke Benbow and Billy Shaw both had efforts saved by Bradbrook before Carroll-Chambers had two strikes kept out by Sporting stopper Adam Harrison - he would eventually get his goal though, netting from 12 yards after Tom Edge gave away a penalty.
Far from the ideal result for Sporting, with a Bank Holiday Monday Worcestershire derby versus Redditch United up next.
