Bromsgrove Sporting 3 (Benbow 11', Sanderson 55', Edge 89'
Kettering Town 0
Bromsgrove Sporting's incredible home form continued with a comprehensive 3-0 win over Kettering Town.
Goals from Luke Benbow, James Sanderson and Tom Edge made it six games unbeaten at the UK Electrical Stadium, as the Poppies failed to land a glove on the Rouslers.
The deadlock was broken 11 minutes in, as the energetic Billy Shaw found Benbow in the area, who saw his shot find the bottom corner via the palm of goalkeeper Jason Alexander.
The Kettering keeper would win his next battle with Benbow though, saving a penalty well after the Sporting striker was brought down on the edge of the area.
The final opportunity of the half saw Kettering's Callum Powell have a shot easily saved by Sporting stopper Rory Brown.
Wes York had a 53rd minute strike saved superbly by Brown - two minutes later, Sporting doubled their lead, as Sanderson bagged on the rebound from close range after Edge put a cracking ball into the box.
Brown was called into action once again in the 62nd minute, producing a top stop to keep out a Connor Stanley effort, before tipping over an 83rd minute header from former Rousler George Forsyth.
The scoring was complete with one minute of normal time remaining, as Edge caught Alexander off guard and netted into an empty net from 35 yards.
