  • Spalding’s top goalscorers in the league last season (as per the Football Web Pages website) were the prolific Jake Reed (30) and Harvey Sayer (23).
  • Lowestoft return to the Southern League Premier Central having been relegated as the bottom placed team in the 2021/22 season.
  • They have picked up three points from three games thus far this season. An opening day 1-0 defeat at home to Redditch was followed by a 3-1 loss at St Ives. Their first points came courtesy of a 2-1 win at Barwell. They lie 16th.
  • Their goals this season have come via an own goal (vs St Ives) before Reed and Louis McIntosh – both of whom featured in our first ever game against Lowestoft, in September 2019.
