- Spalding’s top goalscorers in the league last season (as per the Football Web Pages website) were the prolific Jake Reed (30) and Harvey Sayer (23).
- Lowestoft return to the Southern League Premier Central having been relegated as the bottom placed team in the 2021/22 season.
- They have picked up three points from three games thus far this season. An opening day 1-0 defeat at home to Redditch was followed by a 3-1 loss at St Ives. Their first points came courtesy of a 2-1 win at Barwell. They lie 16th.
