Bromsgrove Sporting are thrilled to announce our second new addition ahead of the 2026/27 season – exciting full back Brad Bood from Stourbridge!
The speedy 22 year-old can play at either left-back or wing-back, and he likes to get forward.
He has a wealth of non-league experience already, having re-joined Stourbridge last summer after previously spending a lot of the 2023/24 season on loan with the Glassboys from AFC Telford United. The 2024/25 season saw him play at Rushall Olympic.
He had a successful 2025/26 campaign with Stourbridge, which culminated in the fans favourite receiving the Directors’ Player of the Year accolade.
On joining Sporting, Brad commented: “I’m delighted to be here and excited to begin this new journey with the club.
“I’m looking forward to getting started, working hard, and contributing to the team’s success. And it goes without saying that I’m looking forward to meeting all the supporters throughout pre season!”
