Bromsgrove Sporting 0
St Ives Town 4 (Creary 12', Adams 38', Meade 51', Hadi 90+5')
Bromsgrove Sporting's dismal home form continued on Saturday afternoon, as they slumped to a chastening defeat versus St Ives Town.
First half goals from Ethan Creary and Jamal Adams were followed by Jernade Meade and substitute Amir Hadi netting, to further extend the Rouslers' dire start to the campaign.
Sporting enjoyed a positive first 10 minutes to the game but had nothing to show for it - the visitors broke the deadlock 12 minutes in, as Creary found the bottom corner with a shot from inside the box.
Kobe Hall hit the side netting in the 19th minutes, whilst Sporting stopper Adam Harrison had to be alert to keep out a couple of efforts from Adams.
Adams would get himself on the scoresheet after 38 minutes with a coolly struck finish.
Any hopes that Sporting would make a good start to the second half were quickly dashed, as Meade took the ball around Harrison and headed into an empty net in the 51st minute.
Ives skipper Micahel Richens hammered the crossbar with a well struck from distance 11 minutes later.
Sporting substitute Gus Sanches put a golden opportunity wide in the 76th minute and Jack Kelly had a free kick well saved by former Sporting keeper Ollie Taylor 89 minutes in.
The scoring was complete in the fifth minute of added time, as Hadi netted from inside the area.
