Bromsgrove Sporting 2 (Letford 82', Shorrock 85')
Rushall Olympic 4 (Glover 6', Green 23', Thorley 27, Moore 32')
An emphatic first half from Rushall Olympic helped guide them to a 4-2 win over Bromsgrove Sporting.
Four goals in a 26 minute spell from Danny Glover, Kristian Green, Thomas Thorley, and Alex Moore gave the Pics a big lead going into the interval.
Jonathan Letford and Will Shorrock pulled two back in what was a spirited second half display from Sporting, but the challenge ultimately proved too much.
The deadlock was broken just six minutes in, as Glover speedily broke away from the defence and slotted home neatly past Ollie Taylor.
The second came 23 minutes in, as an Alex Moore corner was headed home by Green.
It was 3-0 in the 27th minute, as Thorley struck the ball crisply into the bottom corner from the edge of the box.
The fourth was scored in the 32nd minute, as Moore eased the ball into the net after a good pass was played to his feet.
Rushall could have added to their tally in the second half, but Callum Coyle and Glover had efforts saved.
The final 15 minutes of the match were all Bromsgrove. Firstly, Shorrock had a penalty brilliantly saved by Tom Palmer.
Then, he serenely made his way through the Rushall defence before teeing up Letford, who tapped in with eight minutes remaining.
The winger had a goal of his own in the 85th minute, as his deflected effort looped in.
