Bromsgrove Sporting 3 (Meddows 7', Robinson 55', Holmes 83')
Barwell 0
Bromsgrove Sporting interim manager Scott Adey-Linforth marked his first league game at the helm with a resounding victory over Barwell.
Jamie Meddows gave the Rouslers an early lead before goals from Theo Robinson and Fin Holmes sealed the win for the home side.
The opener came seven minutes in, as a long ball from Reece King was knocked down by Robinson, which set up Meddows to hammer the ball home with a left footed strike.
Robinson almost doubled the lead nine minutes later, but his well struck effort went just wide.
Later in the half, King put a headed effort narrowly wide before Barwell's Lathaniel Rowe-Turner headed the ball into the clutches of keeper Charlie Price.
Riley Moloney put a free kick narrowly wide for the away side in the 54th minute; a minute later, it was was 2-0 to Sporting.
This came courtesy of a saved Luke Rowe effort landing perfectly at the feet of Robinson, who found the net from a yard out.
Holmes capped a marauding run forward in the 76th minute with a strike straight at the keeper, whilst Barwell's Tyrell Hamilton saw his shot deflected wide five minutes later.
The scoring was complete in the 83rd minute, as great work from the impressive Rowe allowed substitute Holmes to smash the ball home from close range.
