Bromsgrove Sporting 1 (Newall 73')
AFC Telford United 1 (Rowe 87')
Promotion hopefuls AFC Telford United made it five away matches without a win, as they drew 1-1 with Bromsgrove Sporting.
Burton Albion loanee Jack Newall bagged his first Sporting goal in the 73rd minute, before former Rousler Luke Rowe headed home for the Bucks with three minutes of normal time remaining.
Telford's Max Brogan had a shot blocked early on before he saw a free kick from just over 20 yards go narrowly wide in the 27th minute.
The best chance of the first half came to former Telford player Reece Styche - his one-on-one effort with keeper Brandon Hall was saved and he was beaten to the rebound by defender Jahdhan Fridye-Harper, who dramatically cleared the ball off the line.
Brogan struck narrowly wide nine minutes into the second half, whilst Hall produced some more heroics in the 70th minute, saving a dipping Jamie Meddows strike before blocking two rebounds from winger Fin Holmes.
The opener came three minutes later, as Newall tapped in a pinpoint Meddows cross from close range.
He almost doubled his tally moments later, but he hammered an effort narrowly wide of the goal.
The equaliser came via a free kick into the box that Rowe headed in from around six yards, with Sporting stopper Charlie Price getting a hand to it before it went in.
