LADIES TEAM: Successful opening trials night

It was a successful first trials event for our newly launched Ladies Team, which took place on Tuesday evening.

19 girls braved the weather to enjoy a great session, with the next one taking place this coming Tuesday (21st), at South Bromsgrove High School, from 7 – 8pm.

Sporting’s very own Alan Horton was at the session – he commented: “It was a great turnout, especially given the weather. BBC Hereford & Worcester Radio came and visited, which made it a great night and there was a superb welcoming session by U18s head coach Alfie Bloomer.

“We are looking forward to next week’s session. All ladies are welcome to attend – come and take a look, we’d love to see you!”

Our ladies team will begin playing in the 20/21 season.
