Ahead of Saturday’s league match, away at Kettering (3:00 KO), manager Scott Adey-Linforth has spoken about the opposition, last weekend’s game and a loan extension…
“Tomorrow, we face Bedford, in what promises to be a very difficult fixture. Bedford have been excellent this year and are undoubtedly strong contenders to not only achieve a playoff position, but also win the entire league.
“After Saturday’s disappointing result at Stamford, we’re looking to bounce back as quickly as possible. We know we didn’t hit the levels we’re capable of, so we are eager to put this right.
“We have been buoyed by the news this week that Jack Newall’s loan from Burton Albion has been extended until at least 9th March – he is a very good option for us to have in our forward positions.
“We look forward to seeing you at Bedford – your travelling support of late has been brilliant and it really does make a difference.”
