Bromsgrove Sporting are delighted to announce that Scott Adey-Linforth will become the club’s new manager.
This follows an interim period in charge, in which Scott has impressively led us to wins over Pershore Town in the Worcestershire Senior Cup and Barwell in the Southern League Premier Central.
Prior to that, Scott had been a first team coach in the club’s management set-up.
Commenting on the news, chairman Rod Brown says: “Following Paul Smith’s resignation, we have conducted a full evaluation process with regards to who/what we require in identifying our next manager.
“We are pleased to announce that we have offered Scott Adey-Linforth the position of First Team Manager.Â
“It was very important that the new manager could work and fulfil the role within the project we are trying to build.
“Scott understands our DNA, having worked within it this season thus far. Scott is an exceptional coach – his role as First Team Analyst at Aston Villa, plus his experience at this level previously with Stourbridge, brings immense organisation and structure to the team.
“He has managed to galvanise the squad following Paul’s departure and we believe we can give a young, passionate and well-drilled coach the opportunity to be part of the club’s journey.”
We hope you will join us in welcoming Scott to Bromsgrove… in his new role!
