Second half goals from Ollie Harrison and Billy Shaw guided Bromsgrove Sporting to FA Cup success over Nuneaton Town.
Sporting striker Jamille Matt had three big chances inside the first 20 minutes, but was unable to capitalise on them.
In the midst of these opportunities for the former Walsall man, Shaw had a chance to open the scoring, but missed the target.
Bromsgrove’s in-form attacker Lamin Barrow was attempting to score for the fourth game running, but he curled a 23rd minute error narrowly wide.
The 26th minute saw Nuneaton’s James Harrison strike an effort that produced a solid save from Sporting stopper Tony Breeden.
Barrow had another chance to score in the 68th minute, but his shot was deflected wide for a corner.
From that, the opener came, as Chris Hussey’s ball into the box was headed into bottom corner by Harrison.
Former Rousler Brad Stretton came extremely close to scoring with a little under 15 minutes remaining, but just missed the target with his drive.
Barrow put a header wide moments before the lead was doubled; with the 83rd minute seeing Shaw storm forward before finding the bottom corner with his well struck effort.
As well as Stretton, the game also saw club legend Aaron Roberts and popular Luke Softley return to their previous club, where all received a warm welcome.
