Prior to Saturday’s FA Cup win over Nuneaton Town, attacker Lamin Barrow celebrated winning Player of the Month for August.
Lamin, who is sponsored for the season by fans Kev Young & Harris, club president Jeff Rea, maintenance director Dave Sheppard and head of football operations Iain Queen, won Player of the Month with a whopping 64% of the vote, seeing off fierce competition from defenders Ollie Harrison and Chris Hussey, plus midfielder Billy Shaw.
Brilliant performances across the month, which included goals in our matches against Redditch United, Bishop’s Stortford and Worcester City, were undoubtedly factors in the exciting forward winning the award.
