TOURNAMENT NEWS: Local clubs set to do battle

League football may be on hold at the moment but we have lined up a Christmas bonus! We have got together with local rivals for a friendly mini tournament. Featuring us, Alvechurch, Redditch United and Worcester Raiders, all teams will play each other home and away.

As well as local bragging rights, we will be playing for the ‘Red Recruitment Trophy’. Although these are friendlies, it will add a bit more prestige to the matches and give us all some exciting football to enjoy!

A trophy and medals will be presented to the winning team!

The dates for matches are as follows

Sat 12th 3pm: Worcester Raiders v Alvechurch
Tues 15th 7.30pm: Sporting v Redditch United
Fri 18th 7.30pm: Raiders v Redditch
Sat 19th 3pm: Alvechurch v Sporting
Mon 21st 7.30pm: Redditch v Alvechurch
Tues 22nd 7.30pm: Sporting v Raiders
Boxing Day 12 noon: Sporting v Alvechurch AND Redditch v Raiders
Mon 28th 1pm: Raiders v Sporting
Mon 28th 5pm: Alvechurch v Redditch
Sat 2nd Jan 3pm: Redditch v Sporting AND Alvechurch v Raiders
