PLAYER OF THE MONTH: White on November award win

Before Saturday’s win against Royston Town, defender Aksum White marked winning Player of the Month for November with his sponsor for the season – club vice president Richard Boorn.

Aksum won November Player of the Month with 46% of the vote. Solid performances in our home win against Barwell and draw at Leiston were no doubt factors in the full back winning the award.

Reflecting on winning the award, Aksum commented: “I want to thank the management and my teammates for helping me find good form and remaining consistent in my performances.

“I also want to thank all the fans for voting for me – I truly appreciate you all.”

A deserved award for Aksum, in what has been a brilliant season thus far.
