Before Saturday’s win over AFC Sudbury, attacker Jamie Meddows marked winning Player of the Month for February with his sponsor for the season – Sporting fan Andrew Clarke, of Spartan Hot Tub Hire.
Jamie won February Player of the Month with 51% of the vote, seeing off fierce competition from Jack Newell, Ash Carter and Carter Lycett.
An incredible, match-winning performance in our dramatic 3-2 win at Barwell was undoubtedly a huge factor in the talented left-footer winning the award.
Reflecting on winning the award, Jamie commented: “Hello Rouslers! Whilst it wasn’t our best month, and we all know that, we were delighted to finish it off the with a huge win at Barwell. We will continue to work hard towards getting the best results we can.
