At this weekend’s game against AFC Sudbury, midfielders Luke Rowe and Billy Shaw celebrated their awards for Player of the Month and Goal of the Month, respectively.
MARCH PLAYER OF THE MONTH
Luke, who won March Player of the Month with 58% of the vote after a run of consistent performances, which included a Man of the Match showing at home to Berkhamsted, celebrated the occasion with club chairman, Rod Brown (pictured below).
The March Player of the Month award was sponsored by MKM Bromsgrove and the Harry Bennett Foundation.
MKM’s local, experienced specialists have an extensive product knowledge and many years of experience supporting the area with their building and DIY needs.
The Harry Bennett Foundation’s goal is to enable everyone to have access to the life-enhancing benefits provided by sport.

Billy, who won March’s Goal of the Month with 49% of the vote for his sweetly struck effort in our visit to Berkhamsted, also marked the occasion with club chairman, Rod Brown (pictured below).

The exciting midfielder commented: “I’m very happy to win goal of the month. The ball just sat up nicely for me, so thought I would just hit it as hard as I could and it found the net. The unfortunate thing is that it didn’t lead us to getting on the right end of the score line. However, my thanks go to everyone that voted for me.”
