Bromsgrove Sporting kicked off 2022 with a solid point at Stratford Town, as the two teams drew 0-0.
Josh Quaynor had an early opportunity for Bromsgrove but his effort from distance went wide.
Up the other end, Jack Storer saw a free kick hit the Rouslers' wall.
The 20th minute saw William Dawes strike inside the area but straight at Sporting stopper Ollie Taylor.
With six minutes of the half remaining, a looping Connor Taylor cross was palmed away by a diving Murphy Mahoney in the Stratford goal.
Jamie Molyneux capped off a cracking run with a blocked shot three minutes into the second half.
More chances for Sporting followed, as Jack Newell struck wide from distance and Quaynor produced a fine save from Mahoney with a 25-yard effort.
Molyneux and Nathan Hayward both had strikes from the inside the area saved in quick succession in the 65th minute whilst, seven minutes later, Kynan Isaac's shot from range was kept out by Taylor.
Joe Willis had a header saved with 10 minutes remaining, but perhaps the best chance of the whole game came in the third minute of additional time, as a pinpoint Quaynor cross was headed powerfully by substitute Callum Ebanks. Unfortunately for the Cheltenham loanee, he could only find the crossbar before going out of play.
