Biggleswade Town 0
Bromsgrove Sporting 0
Despite having a plethora of big chances throughout the match, a frustrated Bromsgrove Sporting had to settle for a 0-0 draw at Biggleswade Town on Monday afternoon.
The Rouslers started the game brightly, with the first chance of many being when Demetri Brown got himself in a good one on one position, only to fire straight at keeper Josh Hill.
The 22nd minute saw Joe Willis strike a cracking free kick that Hill dived at and saved smartly. He had to be alert just moments later too, as he kept out a decent Brown effort.
Biggleswade's first and only chance of the first half came in the 36th minute, as Jack Vasey struck wide from 10 yards out.
Sporting had a flurry of chances late in the half, with Jamie Molyneux following up a sublime first touch with a shot that was saved brilliantly by the feet of Hill before both Callum Ebanks and Nathan Hayward had shots that were well dealt with by the Waders' stopper.
Six minutes into the second half, the home side directed a header via a free kick straight at Bromsgrove keeper Ollie Taylor. From then onwards, it was near enough all Sporting.
Hayward struck wide and Willis had a shot saved early in the half, with Brown and Charlie Wise were unable to make the most of headed efforts a little later on.
Inside the final ten minutes, Tom Taylor got on the end of a Connor Taylor free kick but could only loop his effort over the bar, whilst Josh Dugmore had a decent effort palmed away by Hill.
