Sin bins

For the Worcestershire Senior Cup, sin bins will be used if necessary. These are for dissent, whether by words or action.

A referee will signal a sin bin showing a yellow card and pointing both arms towards the touchline; the player will leave the field of play for 10 minutes. A player cannot be substituted whilst in a sin bin situation, but can be once they return to the field of play.

If the referee signals for a player to come back on, they can do so – this can be done even if the ball is still in play. If a player is still sin-binned upon the final whistle, they are permitted to take a penalty in a shootout.
