COACHES’ CORNER: Scott Adey-Linforth Previews Droitwich Spa

Ahead of tonight’s Worcestershire Senior Cup match, away at Droitwich Spa (7:45 KO), first team coach Scott Adey-Linforth has spoken about the match, recent performances and this competition…

“Tonight, we make the short journey across Worcestershire for a local derby against Droitwich.

“The game comes in the middle of another busy period for us; however, it’s a great opportunity to get more minutes into the squad and bounce back from Saturday’s FA Cup defeat.

“As disappointing as it was to go out on Saturday, the group is in good spirits following a strong performance.

“Droitwich will be no pushovers, with them currently sitting top of their league and yet to lose a league game this season – this makes it a good challenge for us.

“We’ll have a strong squad ready to go and won’t be taking this competition lightly. We look forward to seeing you all tonight – make sure you bring a coat!”
