COACHES’ CORNER: Mike McGrath Previews Royston Town

Ahead of Saturday’s home match vs Royston Town in the league, manager Mike McGrath has previewed the fixture. He looks at the opposition and the importance of maintaining momentum.

“Royston will undoubtedly be a tough game, as they are on a very good run of form. However, we’ve also had a good run in the league and a win tomorrow will put us a point above them. It will also keep us in touch with the top half of the league.

“What is also vital is that we keep the momentum going. A positive result here will give us all important confidence going into two massive local derbies against Redditch and Halesowen.

“As always, my continued thanks go to our wonderful fans. The Victoria Ground has had a great buzz around it during the last two matches, and I hope that continues at this match.”
