COACHES’ CORNER: Andy Mason previews Hednesford Town

Ahead of Tuesday’s match, away to Hednesford Town (7:30 KO), assistant manager Andy Mason has previewed the fixture, talking about the task at hand, as well as giving an injury latest.

“Hednesford is a difficult place to go at the best of times, but on the back of two poor results, it becomes a bigger challenge as we look to get ourselves out of a rut.

“These will be very well organised and strong, so we will have to play a lot better than we have been. The beauty about football is that the games come thick and fast, so we are confident we can get something out of the game if we are at our very best all through the team.

“There are no excuses, but we are still having to deal with a number of injuries which don’t seem to be clearing – to add to the list, Josh Quaynor is injured and Jason Cowley is extremely doubtful.

“We are going to need your help and support more than ever and we look forward to seeing you there.”
