CLUB NEWS: Graham Scott becomes vice chairman of Sporting

Bromsgrove Sporting can announce that our Director of Football, Graham Scott, is now vice chairman of the club.

Reflecting on the news, Graham said: “I’m humbled and privileged to become vice chairman, from Mike (chairman) asking me to do it, through to the Supporters Society voting me into the position.

“This is a brilliant club that we all love and I look forward to furthering my involvement, in the role of vice chairman.”

Chairman Mike Burke commented: “Graham, along with other directors, has always supported me during my last three years as chairman.

“I’ve always been able to bounce ideas off Graham, knowing he would tell me if they were bad ideas, as well as agreeing with the (few!) good ones.

“He will, of course, remain as Director of Football – his influence in this role has had a large affect on the teams success over the last few years.

“This is truly well deserved!”
