LADIES
- The Ladies narrowly lost 0-1 at Evesham United Women last weekend.
- Manager Alan Horton commented: “Not our day today but promising signs. It was a fairly even game, which could easily have gone either way. The football played by the ladies was really good and it is unfortunate that we came away with nothing to show for it. However, that is football. The performance and football played has been much improved over recent weeks and there are promising signs, as the squad gels together and, with players coming back in, there are more reasons to be positive than negative.”
- This Sunday (18th October), the Ladies are playing at Droitwich Spa in the County Cup. KO is 2pm.
