- Last season, the Blues drew eight matches at home – only Needham Market (nine) drew more. Their eight away draws compared drastically to just two at home.
- In the last five league games of last season, they were one of only two teams not to win a game (D3 L2). The other team was Sudbury, who finished bottom of the league and lost all of their last five games – they were also the only side who picked up less points than Bishop’s Stortford in the last five league games.
- It’s a similar theme away from home at the end of last season; with a record of D2 L3, only relegated Barwell (L5 – zero points) picked up less points across the last five away league games of last season.
