COACHES’ CORNER: Scott Adey-Linforth Previews Leiston

Ahead of Saturday’s league match, at home to Leiston (3:00 KO), manager Scott Adey-Linforth has looked at the opposition and last week’s game…

“Tomorrow we face Leiston, who have enjoyed a good start to the season so far. They play a good brand of football, which will undoubtedly make for an exciting game of football.

“I was disappointed to exit the FA Trophy last weekend – with our performance, I felt we deserved more.

“It’s been a good week – coming off the back of a busy schedule, it was nice to have two sessions on the grass to reset and spend time on improving ourselves as a team.

“As you saw against Leek, we welcomed both Luke Benbow and Jack Newell back to the squad, which was a huge boost for us going into this next block of games.

“As always, your support is vital and I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.”
