GIRLS

The final games of the season took place this weekend. A huge well done to all the players, coaches, sponsors and parents for all of your support this year. It was our first year in existence and we look forward to many more.

Under 18 TL were away at Rugby and the Under 18 MW were at home to Tamworth Academy – their reports will feature in our next round-up.

The Under 9s last game was last weekend and here is how they did, away at cup finalists Kidderminster…

A tough game against very strong opponents, but the girls worked hard throughout, with some good defending helping to put themselves in the way of some fierce shots, with some added terrific goalkeeping saves from a very assertive and commanding keeper in Khaleesi.

Bromsgrove created some good forward play via brilliant individual runs from Mia, Harriet and Grace, whilst there were passages of play involving some good passing and link up play from the girls. Performance of the match went to Harriet .

All the U9 girls can feel very proud of their first season together – their coaches and parents certainly are!

Contact Alan Williams on 07786983951 if you would like to join U9, U13, U15 and U18 teams for next season.
