RESULTS: News From The Sporting Teams

This article looks at the latest results and news from all the Sporting teams…

FIRST TEAM

The First Team narrowly lost to Coalville Town and AFC Telford United over the Easter period. They play fellow Worcestershire side Alvechurch this weekend.

LADIES

The Ladies didn’t have a game over the Easter weekend. Their next game is a top of the table clash at home against rivals Malvern on Sunday at the VG. The Ladies would love to see as many people there to support them as possible, for a game which will decide who finishes top of the league – if Bromsgrove win or draw, they will finish top of the league, and unbeaten too!

Kick off is 2pm, with the bar open at the Victoria Ground from 12pm. Sam Ammar, the chair of Bromsgrove Council, will be in attendance.

For information from the Ladies’ team, be sure to tweet their Twitter/X account – @LadiesSporting.

VETERANS

The Veterans’ game this coming Sunday has been called off, due to opponents Sedgemere withdrawing from the league. They are next in action against Alvechurch TB, on Wednesday 10th April, at Alvechurch’s The Hayes Playing Fields (6:00 KO).

COLTS ON TWITTER/X

There were no games for our Colts over the Easter period.
