REMEMBERING KIPPER: Our Tribute To A Legend

Prior to Saturday’s game against Bedford Town, we paid tribute to the life of Bromsgrove Rovers icon Mark Crisp, who recently sadly passed away at the age of 60.

A whole host of Kipper’s former Rovers teammates, along with Mark’s son Max, entered the field of play to pay their respects with a minute of applause.

The 810-strong crowd joined in with the clapping, in a tribute befitting of the legendary status Mark had within the Bromsgrove footballing community and its folklore.

Our ground also held Mark’s wake, which took place after the funeral service on Thursday 24th October.

There’s only one scorer of THAT goal against Barnsley. There’s only one Kipper. There’s only one Mark Crisp.
