SPALDING FIXTURE – REMINDER

  • Due to their new 3G pitch not being ready yet, our HOME fixture versus Spalding United will take place THIS SATURDAY.
  • The away match has been scheduled for Saturday 28th March.

NON LEAGUE NETWORKING

  • Last Tuesday, Sporting held its eighth Non League Networking session of 2025 – it was hosted by James Grainger, from valued club sponsor Express Vehicle Contracts, and 16 business professionals were in attendance!

NEW PLAYER SPONSORS

  • The last few days have seen plenty more of our players’ sponsorship for the season snapped up!

  • It costs just £150 (+VAT) for the season, and this includes home and away matches (for goals scored, Man of the Match accolades, etc)

CHARITY WALK

  • Tomorrow, Sporting fan and volunteer Rich will be walking from Stratford Town to us!
  • That’s 22 miles in total – and he’ll be doing it dressed as Tigger!
  • All funds will go to ANDYSMANCLUB – a men’s mental health charity.

SATURDAY’S MAN OF THE MATCH & MASCOTS

  • Saturday’s Sporting standout was chosen by Matt Brooks, from match sponsor Bromsgrove District Council Commercial Waste Services.
  • He chose goalkeeper Adam Harrison, who has just been sponsored for the season by Keaton Troth.
  • It was also great to have our members of the Bromsgrove Sporting U13 RG Colts side as mascots for the match!

SATURDAY’S MATCHDAY PROGRAMME

  • The matchday programme from Saturday’s match against Bishop’s Stortford can be read here.
  • These can be purchased on the day as well, for £2, from near the turnstile

SPORTING SUPER 6

  • Anyone interested in joining Sporting’s Super 6 league – run by fan Ian Clarke – for the upcoming season, please see him at a game or phone 07975662294.
  • The cost is £10, with prizes for the top three at the end of the season.
  • Also, Sky Super 6 offer a weekly prize of £250,000 if you can predict all the correct scores (30 points).
  • The competition is run by Sky Sports – they put up six fixtures during the professional football season (mainly the Premier League and European Competitions once or twice a week).
  • The league results, points and league table are automatically updated by Sky Super 6. All you need to do is download the Super 6 app, register and join the Sporting Super 6 league using the code TFWSUZ.
