On Saturday, we announced two new signings on our social media accounts, both of whom played in our game at Bishop’s Stortford.
Returning to the club is Jack Kelly – he started the season with us but left a few weeks ago. However, new manager Tim Flowers has brought him back to Sporting; Jack excelled under Tim during their time together at Redditch, and he had a very good at left back on his return on Saturday.
Ethan Young has joined us on an initial one month loan from National League North side Peterborough Sports. The 21 year-old, 6ft 4in centre back, who began his career in Scunthorpe United’s academy, also impressed on Saturday, putting in a composed performance alongside Aaron Roberts and Luke Softley in the centre of our defence.
