NEW ADDITIONS: Three Trialists Sign

Bromsgrove Sporting are pleased to announce the signing of three trialists from pre-season – Gus Sanches, Koby Arrthur and Romehl Critchlow.

Exciting attacking midfielder Koby has previously played first team matches at Birmingham City, as well as more recent spells with the likes of Stourbridge, Rushall and Barwell.

Gus is a pacey winger who is no stranger to Sporting fans, having impressed with us during a spell a couple of seasons ago.

Romehl is a lively midfielder, who has formerly plied his trade at the likes of Solihull Moors & Hednesford Town.

On our three new additions, manager Scott Adey-Linforth commented: “Gus comes in after spending pre-season with us, where he has impressed. Like Aksum White, who we’ve just retained, he’s no stranger to the club and I’m pleased to welcome him back.

“Koby is a player I have worked with previously. Like Gus, he has spent pre season with us getting back fully fit after a small knee injury held him back. He’s an excellent professional, who brings a wealth of experience to the group. He can play a variety of different positions and will help the group massively.

“Romehl has spent plenty of pre-season with us and has done well – he’s a good person to have around the team and I look forward to seeing what he can offer us.”

Thoughts from our three new additions

Gus: “I’m really excited to have been provided with the opportunity to return to such an amazing club with some top players and management. I’m very thankful for the efforts of Graham (Scott – vice president), Iain (Queen – director of football) and Scott, who all gave me the opportunity in pre season to show what I’m about.

“Lastly, I’m feeling really good going into this season and the fans can expect plenty of trickery, goals and pace from me.”

Koby: “I feel excited to be here; obviously I’ve worked with the gaffer before, so it was nice to catch up with him in the summer. Unfortunately I had a little injury in the off season, so I missed a few pre-season games. I appreciate Dan the physio, who looked after me throughout and got me fit.

“So it was nice to be fully with the team. I can bring versatility and a high tempo to the team, and I hope to chip in with some assists and goals too.”

Romehl: “I’m very happy to join Bromsgrove. I’m grateful for the gaffer for the opportunity to come in and prove myself at such a well known non-league club and I’m excited to see what we can do over the course of the season.

“Off the pitch, I’m quite laid back and I think that I could bring a nice vibe to the changing room. But, on game days and training, I can bring bags of hard work, aggression and quality on the ball, with a huge desire to win. I also come with assist, and a few goals when needed.”

We hope you will join us in welcoming Koby, Gus and Romehl to Sporting!
