NEW ADDITION: Nice To See George, To See Him, Nice

Bromsgrove Sporting are pleased to announce the signing of midfielder George Forsyth.

George will be no stranger to Sporting fans, having played for us in the 2022/23 season.

The central midfielder has been playing most recently at Kettering Town, where he was on loan from AFC Telford United.

On returning to Sporting, George commented: “I’m delighted to be back at the club. Working under the gaffer and Snapper (John Snape) again was too good an opportunity to turn down. I know how the management team works and I’m confident I can excel in this environment. I love playing at the Victoria Ground and I can’t wait to get back out there.”

Manager Paul Smith added: “Foz has been at this level and the one above for a number of years now. Some forget he is still only 27, but he will bring stacks of experience and professionalism to the squad.”

We hope you will join us in welcoming George back to the Victoria Ground!

NOTE: Players can only be officially signed from July 1st onwards, so currently we can only say that terms have been agreed.
