Bromsgrove Sporting are delighted to announce that prolific striker Luke Benbow will be joining the club.
Luke is a well-known name on the Midlands non-league scene, having enjoyed successful spells at the likes of Stourbridge, Nuneaton Borough and Rushall Olympic.
On joining Sporting, Luke commented: “I can’t wait to get going with Bromsgrove. It’s quite local to me and I’m going to relish the chance to link up with the gaffer, having spent many years with him at Stourbridge.
“I hope to bring goals to the team to help gain promotion, which is definitely achievable with the players the club have. I can’t wait to get going and to meet the fans.”
Commenting on our latest addition, manager Scott Adey-Linforth commented: “Luke is a player I’ve known and worked with for many years and I’m so excited to see him play here at Bromsgrove.
“He has a fantastic personality, with a real drive to win, and he will add to our changing room.
“Luke is an experienced number 9 at this level, who moved up to Step Two last season. He’s capable of scoring special goals and I can’t wait to see some scored in front of the Shed End.”
