Sporting Khalsa 2
Bromsgrove Sporting 4 (Matt 68', Trialist A 69', Trialist B 81' & 88')
Bromsgrove Sporting made it two wins from two for pre-season, with a comeback victory at Sporting Khalsa.
After going 2-0 down, a goal from Jamille Matt, along with three more across two trialists, were enough to give the Rouslers victory.
Bromsgrove's Billy Shaw had a 17th minute effort from inside the box cleared off the line and Dan Trickett-Smith had a shot from distance well saved by the Khalsa keeper 16 minutes later.
The home side took the lead in the second minute of first half added time, via a shot from the edge of the area that neatly found the bottom corner.
The lead was doubled seven minutes after the break, with another shot that nestled into a bottom corner of Tony Breeden's goal.
The 68th minute saw Sporting pull one back, as Trickett-Smith's cross was headed home from close range by Matt.
60 seconds later, Bromsgrove were level, as Matt turned provider to tee up Trialist A to curl the ball home in a one-on-one scenario.
Sporting took the lead for the first time in the 81st minute, as a Jaden Charles corner was headed towards goal by Trialist B - a Khalsa defender tried to clear it, but his attempts to clear were in vain.
The scoring was complete in the 88th minute, as Trialist B latched onto a long ball that was headed towards him by an opposition defender, duly going on to place a well taken strike into the bottom corner.
