GET INVOLVED: Matchday Volunteers Wanted

As Bromsgrove Sporting embark on another season in The Southern League Premier Division Central, we are looking to work closely with community groups and local supporters to create a family friendly, welcoming environment where people of all ages can enjoy watching the range of Sporting teams play.

The UK Electrical Stadium needs to meet certain safety criteria and, therefore, we are looking for friendly, approachable people to help make each match a great event. Duties would include hosting visitors & sponsors, manning turnstiles and acting as stewards to guide people to suitable areas of the stadium and ensuring the watch the match in the best environment.

Training will be given, where required, and you will be paired with other volunteers during a match. The club would be happy to cover expenses or provide food and refreshments. We are especially interested if fire safety or first aid qualifications are held.

We do not expect commitment to every match, but we would like to work with a large pool of local people to make sure we can cover all of our events safely.

In exchange for this help we offer the following package:

  • Free admission to the match
  • Free matchday programme
  • Free hot and/or cold drinks
  • Free meal/snack
  • Free drink in the bar after the match

Please get in touch via hello@bromsgrovesporting.co.uk if you or anybody you know is interested. You can pop along to a game and we would be happy for you to watch what we do and see if it fits in with your plans.
