BROMSGROVE SPORTING FC SAYS
‘REDUCTION IN DISABLED TICKET PRICES IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO’
Issued: Monday 16th October 2023
Bromsgrove Sporting FC, have announced an immediate £2 reduction in all ticket prices for supporters with disabilities wishing to attend matches from here on.
This means adult disabled supporters attending tomorrow night’s game against Mickleover, will pay a concession price of £10, instead of the £12 they have been asked to pay to attend matches in the past.
Brian Seymour-Smith, Chairman, Bromsgrove Sporting FC, said,
“As a consortium, we made it clear that we would look at every aspect of the club and this of course includes ticket pricing. We felt it was only right that a concessionary price should be introduced at the gates for our disabled supporters. This concession is offered at practically every other ground in the country and it is only right that we do the same.
We would like to thank our disabled supporters for their continued support and hope this helps a little financially to enable them to come to our games.”
As is standard practice, disabled supporters seeking a discount when entering the ground will be asked to show a current copy of their entitlement to the care/or mobility component of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA), or entitlement to the Daily Living and/or Mobility component of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
