Ahead of tomorrow’s league match, away at Halesowen Town (3:00 KO), manager Scott Adey-Linforth has spoken about the opposition and our strong December. He starts with a message of thanks to everybody connected with Sporting…
“As the year comes to an end, I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everybody connected with Bromsgrove Sporting FC. Staff, volunteers and, most importantly, you – the supporters.
“Since I’ve taken over, your support has been fantastic. December was a brilliant month for us, taking 10 points out of a possible 12, and it sets the foundations for us to push on going into the new year. 2025 will be full of new challenges, with our first one being a difficult game against Halesowen.
“There is a real togetherness within the group at the moment, and this is only going to get stronger. It’s been no secret that there has been a lot of interest in our players and I’m so pleased to stay that we’ve managed to keep everyone. This tells me the lads are not only believing in what me and Darryl are trying to build, but also in each other.
“I’d like to wish you all a Happy New Year, on behalf of me and the squad – and we can’t wait to see you all in 2025.
“Tomorrow we travel to Halesowen, for what promises to be a very difficult fixture. Even on the back of two defeats, Halesowen are one of the favourites to win the league, so we can’t take them lightly. There will be a good crowd and all of us are very much excited for the fixture – these are games you want to be apart of.
“We come into the game on the back of a strong December. It’s important that we use this as a foundation to build into the new year and continue to improve.
“Happy New Year from me and the lads – we’re looking forward to seeing you New Year’s Day.”
