Ahead of Monday’s league match, away at Barwell (7:45 KO), manager Scott Adey-Linforth has spoken about our second consecutive postponement and the opposition that awaits…
“Once again, after another postponement, we were left disappointed that we were not playing a game – thankfully, this time, we have a game 48 hours later.
“Barwell have had a recent up turn in results, courtesy of a win over Stratford and getting a point on the road at Sudbury.
“We’re expecting a difficult match and won’t be taking them lightly. As a group, we’re raring to go and itching to get back out there. We’ve trained really well over the few weeks and are looking forward to finally being able to put it into practice.
“As mentioned prior to our fixture against Alvechurch, we’re entering a really crucial part of the season and your support has been tremendous so far; we’re going to need it even more, as we head forward into the last 13 games.”
