COACHES’ CORNER: Scott Adey-Linforth Previews AFC Sudbury

  • We are delighted to announce that, as part of an exciting partnership, Coaches’ Corner will be sponsored by Everyone Active Bromsgrove.
  • Everyone Active is the UK’s longest running leisure operator with over 250 facilities nationwide. It’s their mission to get everybody doing at least 30 minutes of activity, five times a week. Whether you’re into swimming, going to the gym, taking on a group exercise class, or enjoying activities with the whole family, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. They proudly operate Bromsgrove Sport & Leisure Centre in partnership with Bromsgrove District Council.

Ahead of Saturday’s league match, at home to AFC Sudbury (3:00 KO), manager Scott Adey-Linforth has spoken about the opposition and our support, but starts with reflections on our win at Barwell…

“I hope we’ve all recovered from Monday night. It was a great way to win a game and I’m so pleased for everyone involved with the club – players, volunteers and, most importantly, you the fans.

“I felt it was a game we deserved to win and I’m buzzing that we were able to take home the three points.

“Onto the Sudbury fixture, which will be another very difficult match. Sudbury play a different style of football to most at this level and it poses a different type of threat.

“We’ve trained well Thursday and the lads feel fully prepped for the challenge ahead.

“This is a big game for us and your support will be welcomed, as we enter the business end of the season. Your continued backing is going to be vital and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.”
