COACHES’ CORNER: Scott Adey-Linforth Previews AFC Sudbury

Ahead of Saturday’s league match, away at AFC Sudbury (3:00 KO), manager Scott Adey-Linforth has spoken about the match, last weekend’s win and a whirlwind week…

“Tomorrow, we make the long journey down to Suffolk to play Sudbury – a game in which me and the players are very excited for.

“We travel down in good spirits following an excellent result last Saturday against Barwell. Sudbury boast an impressive home record and are a very well coached team – a bit different to others in the division.

“With this in mind, we must be on top of our own game if we want to impose our style on them.

“On a personal note, I would like to say thanks for the reception I’ve had since I accepted the role as permanent manager. Me and Darryl (Knights – assistant manager) are really excited for the future and are looking forward to pushing this great club forwards.

“Your support, as ever, has been superb and I can’t wait to see you all again soon – I’ll no doubt be seeing some of you at tomorrow’s game!”
