CLUB OPPORTUNITIES: Get involved with Sporting

At Bromsgrove Sporting, we have multiple opportunities available to get involved at the club, with options suitable for everyone – from University students to people looking to learn new skills! These have been outlined below…

Sports Therapy Students

  • Our sports therapist Dan is looking to get one or two students to join for the upcoming season.
  • You need to be progressing to Level 6 Sports Therapy and have knowledge of injury assessment and sports massage.
  • Main responsibilities will be to assist Dan on match days, with pre and post game treatment and pitch side first aid, along with injury assessment and rehabilitation on training days.
  • Attendance is not compulsory, but communication as to what sessions and games being attended is needed.
  • Email interest over to hello@bromsgrovesporting.co.uk – these will be then sent to Dan for him to vet candidates.

MATCHDAY ADMIN ROLE

  • Our football secretary Dave is looking for somebody to assist him in a matchday administration capacity.
  • The role needs somebody to operate the online matchday reporting system, as well as do paperwork on the day.
  • The preference is to have availability for all home and away matches throughout the season, but this can be discussed in more detail with Dave.
  • Entry to all games would be free and you would shadow Dave in his role initially.
  • Being computer savvy is a pre-requisite
  • Email dave@bromsgrovesporting.co.uk for more info.

STEWARDS/TURNSTILE OPERATORS

  • We are looking for volunteer Stewards and Turnstile Operators please – full training will be provided, along with a free food and drink voucher for every matchday.
  • If interested, call 07353862559 for more details.

VIDEOGRAPHY ROLES

  • If anybody thinks they can contribute to our media team in a VIDEOGRAPHY capacity (filming content, as opposed to photography) then email media@bromsgrovesporting.co.uk.
  • This role would be ideal for a University student who is studying a degree that uses elements of videography and wants to gain further experience.
  • The role would be voluntary, but admission to matches would be free.

We look forward to hearing from you!
