CLUB NEWS: Welcome Josh Coney

Bromsgrove Sporting can announce the latest addition to the club’s backroom staff, as we welcome Josh Coney to the Victoria Ground, who has worked with Paul Smith for six seasons as an assistant and goalkeeping coach.

This means Matt Ballard will be leaving our coaching staff – we thank Matt for his efforts with us and wish him well in his future endeavours.

On joining the Sporting set-up, Josh commented: “Having spent a wonderful five years at Halesowen, I feel now is the right time for a change and a new challenge.

“This is a challenge that is right on my doorstep and, having spent many years coaching in local schools, I understand what this club means to the community.

“I hope, along with the rest of the staff and volunteers, we can build the attendances back to the numbers we all know they can be and develop a side they are proud to watch.”

We hope you will join us in welcoming Josh to the Victoria Ground!
