Following the resignation of the chairman, Brian Seymour-Smith and his two associates Craig Cotterill and Paul Molesworth as directors of Bromsgrove Sporting Limited, the board held an emergency meeting last night (Tuesday 14th November 2023).
At that meeting, Graham Scott was unanimously elected as interim chairman of the club. Graham will also resume his role as director of football. No other changes were made to directors’ responsibilities at this point in time.
The board also decided that they would hold a forum to update fans and shareholders as soon as a suitable date can be agreed.
