Following the success of our fanzone events during England’s group stage matches, could that momentum be taken into the knockout games? Emphatically – and then some…
DR CONGO: National Exposure
The last 32 match saw another sell out crowd for the outdoor fanzone, as a Harry Kane brace saw the Three Lions come from behind to beat DR Congo 2-1. A social media frenzy was created afterwards, as clips from the BBC and ITV News online gave our events a nationwide exposure.

This match also saw our indoor fanzone take place in the Rousler Bar for the second game running, which also saw its popularity begin to rise.
MEXICO: Indoors For a Unique Event
England’s last 16 match against Mexico and the infamous altitude at the cauldron of the Azteca was scheduled for 1am, which meant out normal outdoor fanzone couldn’t take place. As a result of this, our indoor fanzone took centre stage, for what became a 2am kick off, due to adverse weather conditions.
Bedecked with England flags, funky barrels and much more, a 150-strong, sell out crowd filled the Rousler Bar for a match that nobody would forget in a hurry.

Two goals from the inspired Jude Bellingham and a Harry Kane penalty steered Thomas Tuchel’s men to a rollercoaster 3-2 win; rapturous scenes of celebration ensued once more, as did exposure from the BBC (in the form of Hereford & Worcester Radio).
NORWAY: Instant sell outs
With the excitement that had built up over the course of the last few weeks, our outdoor fanzone for the quarter final sold out in a matter of minutes, with our indoor offering being fully snapped up not long after.

More BBC Hereford & Worcester social media exposure came our way, as that man Jude Bellingham stepped up once again, as another brace led England to a 2-1 extra time win over the Norwegians.
ARGENTINA: More of the same at Sporting – can England match it?
In the same vein as the Norway match, the outdoor fanzone for England’s semi final with Argentina sold out in mere minutes. A limited number of tickets are available for the indoor fanzone, which can be purchased here.
The support that has been shown towards our club and fanzone events over the past month has been incredible – and we’re incredibly grateful.
Can England bring it home – find out with us, whether you’ve booked your ticket already or still need to secure your indoor space!
