COACHES’ CORNER: Scott Adey-Linforth Previews Bury Town

Ahead of Saturday’s league match, at home to Bury Town (3:00 KO), manager Scott Adey-Linforth has spoken about the opposition and the squad heading into the game…

“Tomorrow, we host Bury and I’m buzzing to be back at the UK Electrical Stadium in front of our own supporters.

“Bury are new to the division and it will be the first time I’ve ever come up against them. They play a good style of football, which will make for an exciting game.

“We’ve had two excellent training sessions this week in preparation and the lads are raring to go.

“This week, we welcome back Jack Kelly from injury, as well as Brad Stretton, who was cup tied for our last game in the FA Trophy.

“It’s no secret there has been some improvement over the last few matches, winning three out of the last four and keeping three clean sheets – which especially has been really pleasing.

‘It’s been a good run, we must continue to strive for improvement. We enter a difficult, but exciting, run of games over the next month, starting with Bury tomorrow.

“Your support, as ever, will be vital and I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.”
