EASTER FIXTURES

  • We have two more massive games coming up over the Easter weekend; a trip to Coalville Town on Saturday is followed a home match against AFC Telford United on Easter Monday. Both games are 3:00 kick offs, and we will have more details of each game on our website in the lead up to these games.

NEW MEN’S U21 TEAM – NOTE ON OVER 21 PLAYERS

  • As you may have seen, we are setting up a new Men’s U21 Development Team, ready for next season! Regarding over 21s playing in the team (as mentioned within the article) up to three are allowed in a matchday squad.
  • This will give any first team players the opportunity to regain or build their fitness if required.

COMMERCIAL TEAM – VOLUNTEERS WANTED

  • Our commercial team is looking for volunteers to help out next season. This may suit someone who has good links in the Bromsgrove business community and has the time to assist with leaflet drops & attend networking events. It could also suit a DofE/Young Enterprise student who is interested in getting into commercial sport. For more information, email commercial@bromsgrovesporting.co.uk

ICYMI – NEWS FROM SATURDAY’S GAME

On our Twitter and Facebook channels, we’ve posted about the following…

  • Goalkeeper Ollie Taylor made his 100th Sporting appearance in our recent home game vs Berkhamsted and his 102nd Sporting appearance on Saturday vs Needham Market, which made him our all time record appearance holder for a keeper. He celebrated these milestones this weekend with our Football Secretary, Dave Stephens! Click HERE to see the photo of Ollie receiving a salver from Dave.
  • Saturday’s match vs Needham Market was our sports physiotherapist Gavin Blackwell’s 1000th league game at Step Three and above. Before the game, chairman Rod Brown presented Gavin with a salver to mark this amazing milestone. Click HERE to see the photo of Gavin receiving a salver from Rod.
  • For our last two home games (Berkhamsted & Needham Market), we distributed over 1000 FREE tickets to local schools, allowing pupils free entry with a paying adult. We had a good amount use this offer on Saturday, which was great to see! Our next generation of fans are the future of our club!
