NEW ADDTION: Tommy T is HOME!

Bromsgrove Sporting are thrilled to announce the return of club legend Tommy Taylor.

The quality centre back obviously needs no introduction to Sporting fans, having been an integral part of our Southern League Division Central promotion winning season in 2018/19, as well as our inaugural season in the Premier division, when we were in the play off places before the COVID-19 pandemic brought about an early end to the campaign.

On top of all of this he has, of course, amassed countless Man of the Match and Player of the Month Awards whilst playing for Sporting.

Manager Gavin Hurren commented: “It’s a fantastic addition to the team. I had Tom at Stourbridge and it was a pleasure to work with him.

“He’s an absolute man mountain of a defender, he’s a leader. I know he was previously at Bromsgrove and is a fans favourite and I think, for where the club want to go, this year and next, it just puts out a statement that we’re going to be assembling a very strong squad.

“I’m really happy, once again, to have the backing of the board and Mike (Burke) in helping to bring in Tom, alongside Ollie Taylor.

“It’s really good to have him on board and I cannot wait to see him out on the field in a Bromsgrove Sporting shirt.”

We hope you will join us in welcoming Tommy T to the Victoria Ground once again!
